One Kit is for One Wheel
Only recommend for rim/wheel with safety bead(see last photo in gallery). Most 2.50" wide and wider rims have safety bead. Front 2.15" MT Style Excel rim has a safety bead. Check with us if you are unsure.
Are you a do-it-yourselfer interested in going tubeless? The Outex Tubeless Kit includes everything you need to convert your wheel to tubeless. If you are keeping your air pressure at 25psi or higher, not going to bend a rim and using tubeless tires with bead sealer, then the Outex system is a great option.

TENERE 700 OWNERS - The oem front wheel does not have a safety bead, don't recommend installing this kit without replacing the rim with a rim that has a safety bead. On the rear oem wheel: People have done it, but because of the height of the nipples and how they are more towards the outside of the rim. You either have to really grind down the nipples or replace the nipples with lower head stainless steel nipples. That works the best. The nipples are $80, labor to unlace, lace and true is $165. Then another $144 to install outex tubeless kit, if we do the work.

The Shinko 525 Cheater and the 546 provide excellent traction in a variety of terrain types. Front knobs on the 546 use a 45° knob pattern for a better biting edge when cornering and better braking stability.
If ordering a 1.40" rim on your Woody's Wheel, rim locks will not be available.
Also, please note that some sizes are not compatible with Nuetech Tubliss or 'heavy duty' tubes. If you are interested in the NitroMousse Minis for your 19/16" setups, please inquire here.

The Shinko SR241 tire is 4-ply rated with a tough nylon carcass. The narrow block pattern allows for greater fitment options for some models (e.g., Sur Ron) without as many modifications to the bike, as well as lessening the environmental footprint while on the trail. DOT approved.
Notes: The use of rim locks on narrow tires, like the 2.75-21, will show a bulge in the sidewall tire. Use of rim locks is still recommended when running low psi.
Sur Ron clients: If you are running a 19" front and rear wheel, stick to the 2.75-19 tire sizes for both. Only select the 3.50-19 when going with a 21" front wheel.

The Dunlop MX34 has replaced the MX33. It is not available in 90/100-18 size for rear Sur Ron LBX & Talaria MX3/MX4 at this time.
the MX34 offers improved traction across a wider spectrum of terrains to keep you glued to the track or trail no matter what conditions you encounter. The MX 34 features improved mud evacuation technology that keeps your knobbies as clean as possible, even in the nastiest muddy conditions. Using a new carcass material, increased cornering stability was achieved, even towards the end of longer, more demanding racing and riding conditions.
The PCBT (Progressive Cornering Block Technology) improves grip in medium terrain conditions where other tires tend to lose traction. With the MX34, traction off the starting gate and while powering out of corners will have you sliding back in the seat wishing you had an early 2000s seat bump to keep you off the rear fender. With a center block that is 11% taller and around 44% wider than on the MX33, soft loamy corners won't stand a chance.
Installation is included with the purchase of tire(s) and wheel(s).
Nuetech Tubliss system is available for 21" and/or 18" tires. Not available for 19" and/or 16" tires.
