This is a good used wheel, there is some fading of the Excel logo, seen in photo.  But functionally perfect. 

16x1.85" rear Woody's Wheel for the Sur Ron X/LB/SB electric bikes and Segway dirt e-bikes features a 16" Excel Rim custom laced to Woody's billet hub with Supersized spokes and nipples. Increase your ability to pick through rough terrain with this wheel option.

Rear wheel off-set is required if you plan to run an aggressive knobby tire. If you plan to run more of a road oriented tire, or trials type tire (like the SR241), then you will not need the off set. However, if you think you will run a knobby tire in the future, then select the option for the off set.
