  The Shinko 525 Cheater and the 546 provide excellent traction in a variety of terrain types. Front knobs on the 546 use a 45° knob pattern for a better biting edge when cornering and better braking stability.

  If ordering a 1.40" rim on your Woody's Wheel, rim locks will not be available.

  Also, please note that some sizes are not compatible with Nuetech Tubliss or 'heavy duty' tubes. If you are interested in the NitroMousse Minis for your 19/16" setups, please inquire here.

• • Shinko tires feature a high carbon compound in a variety of models to suit all terrain conditions.
  • Nuetech's Tubliss system utilizes two different pressure zones to protect your rim and increase traction with low pressure capabilities. A rim lock comes already built in to your Tubliss system.
  • Rim locks are recommended when using standard inner tubes in low pressure applications. Motion Pro's LiteLoc rim lock is made of high strength composite nylon for weight savings and durability. Standard rim locks are an economical low pressure option.

  The Shinko SR241 tire is 4-ply rated with a tough nylon carcass. The narrow block pattern allows for greater fitment options for some models (e.g., Sur Ron) without as many modifications to the bike, as well as lessening the environmental footprint while on the trail. DOT approved.
  

  Notes: The use of rim locks on narrow tires, like the 2.75-21, will show a bulge in the sidewall tire. Use of rim locks is still recommended when running low psi.
  

  Sur Ron clients: If you are running a 19" front and rear wheel, stick to the 2.75-19 tire sizes for both. Only select the 3.50-19 when going with a 21" front wheel.

• Ship your wheel(s) for repair using our discounted shipping rates! If your local carrier's shipping rates to Denver are more than this, you can save a buck by using our UPS shipping accounts! Please be sure to use your physical address when using the UPS shipping options 

   

• We will email your label within 24 hours, it will come via email from UPS or ShipStation, just follow the instructions to print. 

• Please be sure to put your name and phone number with the package or can just print and include a copy of your invoice inside your package.  Apologies for having to write your info twice, only way we could do this, but should save you some money.

  Please put what you want done in the notes section at checkout

• • Label rates are calculated as a single wheel/hub shipped within the Lower 48
  • To avoid wheel damage and a surcharge, multiple labels are required when shipping multiple wheels/hubs
  • UPS Ground will be used for wheels with and without tires
  • Once your label order is completed, we will email a shipping label to you which can be printed and attached to your package. Your package can then be dropped off at your local UPS (or USPS for hubs)
  

• • Do not ship wheels in same package, box separately to avoid damage
  • Protect your wheel with bubblewrap or packing paper
  • Do not use packing peanuts. They will settle out during shipping and fail to protect your wheel. In addition, they are environmentally unfriendly, as we cannot re-use them

• The larger 21" front wheel is designed to roll over obstacles with ease, allowing you to take on tougher terrain. Your front wheel receives a significant strength upgrade over OEM courtesy of Excel's Takasago or One/Rex Rim. The Takasago 7000 Series Rim is the stronger rim option, constructed from super tough 7000 series aluminum. The One/Rex Rim is no slouch and the weight difference is insignificant. Constructed from an economical aluminum alloy, the One/Rex Rim is also designed for off-road riding.

  The narrow 1.60" rim width pulls in the tire which creates a rounded tire profile and better protects your rim from obstacles. We recommend a 80/100 tire on the 21x1.60 wheel.

  Each Woody's billet aluminum hub is Supersized; custom drilled to fit larger gauge spokes and nipples for increased strength and durability. If you're planning to push the boundaries of your Sur Ron or Segway electric motorcycle, this wheel will take you there and back!
